GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Cowin
Adoption Benefits/State/WMD Employee; specifies employees of state or water management districts who are entitled to receive such benefits for adopting special-needs child; deletes references to water mgmt. employees; prescribes manner of establishing amount of such benefits; provides that rules for administering such adoption benefits may provide for application process, etc. Amends 110.152,.15201, 215.32; creates 373.6065.
