1110.15201 Adoption benefits for state or water management district employees; rulemaking authority.--The Department of Management Services may adopt rules to administer the provisions of this act.

1Note.--Section 4, ch. 2000-241, provides that "[t]his act shall take effect October 1, 2000, and shall apply to adoptions finalized on and after that date."
