GENERAL BILL by Sanderson

Motor Vehicle Insurance; provides legislative findings re Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law; extends civil immunity to law enforcement officials for providing information about suspected acts of insurance fraud; specifies medical expenses that are payable under personal injury protection benefits; limits amount charged by providers for specified treatments & procedures for injuries covered by personal injury protection, etc. Amends Chs. 627, 817, 626.989, 324.021.
