CS/SB 1784: State Planning & Budgeting

GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Horne

State Planning & Budgeting; removes requirement for Exec. Office of Governor to consider certain findings re information technology in its review of long-range program plans of executive agencies; revises requirements of legislative budget requests; provides restrictions on expenditure of funds for court settlements negotiated by state; establishes chair & vice chair of Legislative Budget Commission each year, etc. Amends FS.
