CS/SB 240: Sentencing
GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Smith
Sentencing; requires that prisoner sentenced for crime committed during incarceration in state correctional system serve sentence for such crime in state system, regardless of length of sentence imposed. Amends 944.17.
