Election Code/Reporting Requirements; requires additional information for registration of political committees; requires additional information for certification of committees of continuous existence; revises reporting periods & requirements; requires electronic filing under certain circumstances; requires certain organizations that sponsor campaign-related advertisements to register under certain circumstances, etc. Amends Ch. 106, 105.08.
