GENERAL BILL by Campbell

Health Care/HMO's; requires HMO's to provide for resolution of grievances brought by subscribers; provides for right of subscriber to maintain action against HMO; requires that HMO provide notice if provider is unavailable to render services; requires that HMO refer subscriber to outside provider when there is not provider within organization's network to provide covered benefit, etc. Amends FS.
