GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Garcia ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Campbell

Foster Parents; specifies circumstances under which CFS Dept. may remove child from foster home after denying foster parent's application for adoption; creates "Foster Parent Act"; specifies responsibilities of department re foster parents; specifies responsibilities of foster parents; requires dept. & agencies providing foster care services under contract with dept. to prepare annual plan for implementation of act, etc. Amends 39.812; creates 409.1684.
