GENERAL BILL by Council for Ready Infrastructure ; Machek ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Harrington

Water Supplies; revises language re permits issued at district centers; revises date for adoption by rule of uniform mitigation assessment method for wetlands & other surface waters; provides water resource enhancements as basis for variance from phosphate mining land reclamation requirements; provides for below-market interest rate loans for treatment of polluted water, etc. Amends Ch. 373, 403.813,.067,.1835, 378.212; repeals 373.498.
