GENERAL BILL by Council for Smarter Government ; Carassas ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Cantens

Growth Management; provides that Administrative Hearings Div. has exclusive jurisdiction over all claims for damages to real or personal property caused by use of explosives in connection with construction materials mining; designates Whopper Way in Miami-Dade Co. & directs DOT to erect suitable markers; authorizes creation of educational facilities benefit districts pursuant to interlocal agreement, etc. Amends FS.
