Elections/Poll Accessibility; defines terms "alternative formats", "tactile input device," & "voter interface device" for purposes of Florida Election Code; requires that certain forms used under code be made available in alternative formats; requires candidates, political parties, & political committees to use closed captioning & descriptive narrative in all television broadcasts; suggests that recall petition be available in alternative formats, etc. Amends FS.
