GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Cowin

Women's Health & Safety Act; creates said act; revises requirements for reporting by medical directors & physicians of terminations of pregnancies; provides penalty; provides for disciplinary action for successive failures to report; revises requirements for rules of AHCA re abortions performed in abortion clinics; provides for rules re abortions performed after first trimester of pregnancy, etc. Amends 390.0112,.012.
