Investment of Assets by Insurers; includes certain derivative instruments as assets of insurer; revises limitations on certain investments eligible for diversification; expands eligible corporate stocks authorized for investment by insurers; provides for financial derivative instruments for cerain insurers & organizations; specifies certain derivative instruments as assets of HMO, etc. Amends Ch. 625, 641.2255,.35.
