GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Responsibility Council ; Murman

Health Care; requires certain collocation & coordination of Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of Legal Affairs Dept. & Medicaid program integrity program; revises procedures & requirements re whistle-blower protection for reporting Medicaid fraud or abuse; provides requirements for contracts for Medicaid behavioral health care services; revises limitation on county contribution to Medicaid costs, etc. Amends FS.
