GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care
Health Care Practitioners; redefines terms "license" & "licensee" to include provisional licenses for purposes of provisions re regulation of health care professions & occupations by Medical Quality Assurance Div. of Health Dept.; repeals provisions which provide exemptions from public-records & public-meeting requirements for certain info. re disciplinary proceedings & treatment programs for impaired practitioners & for meetings wherein such info. is discussed. Amends FS.
