GENERAL BILL by Council for Smarter Government ; Allen ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Siplin

Expressway Authorities; requires proceeds from surcharge in State Transportation Trust Fund be used to fund County Incentive Grant Program in DOT; allows expressway authorities to acquire certain interests in land; clarifies expressway authority's jurisdiction; specifies revenue bonds that may be used to finance certain improvements to Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority, etc. Amends Ch. 348, 212.0606.
