Florida Retirement System; amends provision re Public Employee Optional Retirement Program; provides for extension of time to transfer assets from defined benefit plan in event of market disruption; provides for acceptance of rollovers; provides for spousal rollovers to eligible retirement plan; provides for including service in fire prevention or firefighter training as creditable service, etc. Amends Ch. 121, 110.123,.205.
