GENERAL BILL by Council for Ready Infrastructure ; Natural Resources & Environmental Protection ; Spratt ; Attkisson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Alexander ; Kendrick ; Bense ; Stansel ; Bennett ; Brown ; Evers ; Gottlieb ; Harrell ; Holloway ; Harrington ; Benson

Pollution Reduction; provides eligibility requirements for projects that reduce nutrient outputs on private lands for grants available from coordinating agencies; provides additional entities required to develop agricultural use plans limiting residual applications based on phosphorus loading; authorizes continuation of research fees for onsite sewage treatment & disposal system construction permits, etc. Amends Chs. 373, 381, 403.
