GENERAL BILL by Ethics and Elections ; Pruitt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sanderson

Constitutional Amendments; requires Secretary of State to submit certain initiative petitions to Revenue Estimating Conference; requires that Attorney General petition Supreme Court to review estimated-fiscal-impact statement; requires that fiscal-impact statement be included on ballot after ballot summary of amendment, etc. Amends 15.21, 16.061, 100.371, 101.161, 216.136; creates 100.381.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
