Transportation Disadvantaged Program; prohibits Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority from serving as community transportation coordinator; requires Commission for Transportation Disadvantaged to evaluate performance of authority as community transportation coordinator; requires report to Legislature; repeals s. 1, SB 100, 2002 Regular Session, re authority acting as community transportation authority. Amends 343.64.
