Controlled Substances; provides for specified licensing boards to adopt rules governing prescribing of controlled substances; requires Health Dept., FDLE, Statewide Prosecutor, & State Attorneys to share certain information re health care practitioners; authorizes Health Dept. to contract for administration of electronic monitoring system for certain controlled substances; prohibits presigning of blank prescription forms & provides penalties, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $1,050,000.
