Agricultural Lands & Practices Act; provides legislative findings & purpose re agric. activities conducted on land in urban areas; defines terms "farm," "farm operation," & "farm product" for purposes of act; prohibits county from adopting any ordinance, resolution, regulation, rule, or policy to prohibit or otherwise limit bona fide farm or farm operation on certain land that is integral part of farm operation or that is classified as agricultural land, etc. Creates 163.3162.
