GENERAL BILL by Commerce ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Detert

Unemployment Compensation; amends provision re judicial sales & disbursement of funds; provides for disbursements in conformance with changes made by act; clarifies duties of DOR re tax collection performed under contract with Workforce Innovation Agency; amends provisions re Unemployment Compensation Law & Unemployment Appeals Commission; revises penalties for persons who fail to report by electronic means, etc. Amends FS.
