CS/SB 2098: The LifeSaver Rx Program
GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Wasserman Schultz
The LifeSaver Rx Program; creates said program; provides that Secretary of AHCA shall operate said program as state pharmaceutical assistance program to provide discounts to participants for prescription drugs covered by rebate agreement; requires AHCA to publish on website average wholesale prices of drugs provided through program; requires AHCA to publish additional information to assist consumers, etc. Creates 409.960-.982; amends 409.9066. APPROPRIATION.
