GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Regulated Industries ; Constantine

Real Estate Appraisers/Brokers; provides that licenses for category of licensed appraiser shall not be issued after specified date; clarifies experience requirements for certification of residential & general appraisers; provides for licensing of broker associates & sales associates; provides additional ground for disciplinary action re false or misleading information on real estate located in state; increases maximum amount that may be in Real Estate Recovery Fund, etc. Amends FS.
