GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Lynn ; Campbell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bennett

Adoption; provides legislative findings & intent re rights & responsibilities of adoptive children, biological parents, & adoptive parents; provides for award of certain fees & costs in event of fraud or duress at discretion of court; authorizes child-placing agency to remove abandoned infant from placement under certain circumstances; provides requirements for unmarried biological father to establish parental rights, etc. Amends Ch. 63.
