GENERAL BILL by Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Posey ; Crist

Military Affairs; requires insurer to refund entire unearned premium to any member of armed services who cancels policy under certain circumstances; provides for consideration of compatibility with military installations in developing future land use element to comprehensive plan; requires such agreements to be consistent with adopted comp. plans or amendments to such plans adopted within one year after agreement execution, etc. Amends Ch. 163, 627.7283.
