GENERAL BILL by Procedures ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Harrington

Elections; provides additional purpose for statewide voter registration applications; provides that electors in line to vote at closing of polls must be allowed to vote; revises specifications for absentee envelope printed for overseas voters; revises provisions re time for contesting election; exempts certain voter education activities from competitive-solicitation requirements, etc. Amends FS.
