GENERAL BILL by Argenziano

Public Roads; provides specified exceptions to public road jurisdiction & transfer process; authorizes county to assign to DOT responsibility for operation & maintenance of county roads within boundaries of county; provides for county to transfer roads or portions of roads to State Highway System; provides for DOT to perform & administer engineering services & construction of designated transportation projects for county, etc. Amends Ch. 335.
