GENERAL BILL by Villalobos
Securities & Financial Transactions; expands jurisdiction of Statewide Prosecution Office to authorize office to investigate & prosecute offenses re securities transactions & financial transactions under certain provisions; authorizes Attorney General to investigate & prosecute certain offenses specified in provisions re securities transactions; provides for injunctive relief & restitution; provides civil penalty, etc. Amends 16.56, 517.191, 905.34.
