GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Regulated Industries ; Garcia
Condominium Associations; provides for grandfathering & modification of certain rights of unit owner; requires certain voting & approval criteria for amendments depriving owners of certain rights; creates Condominium Ombudsman Office within Fla. Land Sales, Condominiums, & Mobile Homes Div.; provides that ombudsman is agency head for all purposes; authorizes appointment of ombudsman by Governor, provides for location of office of ombudsman, etc. Amends Ch. 718.
