CS/SB 2668: Regulatory Assessment Fees

GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning ; Atwater

Regulatory Assessment Fees; revises provisions for separate legal entity to acquire, own, construct, improve, operate, & manage or finance certain public facilities; clarifies state policy that specifies that gains or losses from purchase or condemnation of utility's assets which result in loss of customers served by such assets & associated future revenue streams shall be borne by shareholders of utility, etc. Amends 163.01, 367.145; creates 367.0813.
