Civil Justice Reform; revises procedures for bringing actions against corporations; provides definition; defines term "seller"; prohibits commencing or maintaining civil claim or action against seller under certain circumstances; specifies criteria for actions for product liability of seller; deletes exceptions to requirement for liability based on percentage of fault instead of joint & several liability, etc. Creates 768.1259; amends 47.051, 768.81.
