GENERAL BILL by Aronberg ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano ; Posey

Child Support; requires DOR, prior to determining collection or refund to be undistributable to make reasonable efforts to locate persons to whom collections or refunds are owed, including disclosure on Internet of information with appropriate safeguards to protect privacy of persons named in database. Amends 409.2558.
