Mental Health Care Services; directs AHCA, in cooperation with DCFS, to develop pilot program in district 10 for mental health care provider service network to deliver mental health care services as form of managed care under MediPass program; directs agency to determine medical & financial eligibility standards for individuals seeking services from program & criteria for said care providers to participate in program, etc. Creates 409.91225.
