CS/SB 1750: District School Taxes [SPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Education Pre-K - 12 Appropriations ; Gaetz ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist

District School Taxes [SPCC]; authorizes district school board to levy additional taxes, not to exceed 2 mills, to fund property & casualty insurance costs of school district; limits use of operating funds made available through such expenditures of those revenues; provides exemptions from certain expenditure restrictions for school districts meeting certain requirements re class size & audits. Amends 200.065, 1011.71.
