Organ and Tissue Donation; Revises provisions for making organ donation; adds additional persons who may donate decedent's body; removes prohibition on spouse making donation if decedent's adult child objects; provides additional ways to make anatomical gift; revises uniform donor card; requires DHSMV to inform donor registry of anatomical gift & withdrawal; deletes requirement for AHCA & DHSMV to maintain donor registry, etc.
