SB 2050: Impact Fees [RPCC]

Impact Fees [RPCC]; Requires that notice be provided no less than 90 days before the effective date of a county or municipal ordinance or a special district resolution imposing a new or increased impact fee. Provides that the notice is not required if an impact fee is decreased or eliminated, etc.
