High School/Financial Responsibility Instruction [SPCC]; Establishes a three-year pilot program to provide high school students in two school districts in each of the northern, middle, and southern regions of the state with personal financial responsibility instruction to ensure that high school students receive instruction on budgeting, saving and investing, credit card debt, and other issues associated with personal financial responsibility, etc.
