CS/SB 698: Business Entities [EPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Deutch
Business Entities [EPCC]; Exempts a domestic corporation from the requirement to file articles of merger under certain circumstances. Revises the requirements for general partners with respect to exercising certain management rights. Provides that the expulsion of a limited partner requires the consent of all of the other limited partners. Revises terms related to qualifications to render professional services, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
