GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Aronberg
Voyeurism [SPSC]; Prohibits secretly viewing, for specified purposes, under or through the clothing being worn by another person without that person's knowledge or consent in order to view the body of, or the undergarments worn by, that person. Provides penalties.
