SB 132: Motorsports Entertainment Complexes [CPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Bullard

Motorsports Entertainment Complexes [CPSC]; Requires that a specified sum be distributed monthly to an applicant for certification as a motorsports entertainment complex, beginning a specified period after certification. Requires that the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development screen applicants for state funding and certify applicants as motorsports entertainment complexes. Authorizes the Department of Revenue to perform an audit for certain purposes, etc.
