GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Baker ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Deutch ; Aronberg
Publicly Funded Retirement Programs [GPSC]; Requires the Trustees of the State Board of Administration to identify and offer at least one terror-free investment product to the Public Employee Optional Retirement Program by a certain date. Redefines the terms "credible service" and "firefighter." Provides that investment caps on foreign securities may only be amended, repealed, or increased by an act of the Legislature, etc.
