Forensic Mental Health; Provides additional responsibilities for certain DCFS contractors; authorizes DCFS to make certain training available to correctional personnel; provides for requiring certain involuntary outpatient patients to take medication; requires that certain adults receive forensic mental health transition plans; provides timeframes for competency hearings for defendants adjudicated incompetent, etc.
