Inmate Reentry; Directs DOC to create reentry program; provides eligibility criteria; requires recommendation for reentry at time of sentencing; directs DOC to prepare postrelease treatment plan; requires DOC to notify judge & other specified parties upon admission of inmate into program; provides requirements before transitioning inmate into community; requires inmate to abide by order of supervision & rules of DOC, etc.
