Relief/Brian Pitts; Provides for relief of Brian Pitts; directs Division of Administrative Hearings to appoint administrative law judge to determine basis for equitable relief for purpose of compensating Mr. Pitts for any wrongful act or omission by state or officials thereof; requires report to Legislature; authorizes compensation upon determination by administrative law judge; provides appropriation to compensate Mr. Pitts for injuries & damages sustained; provides limitation on payment of fees & costs; directs that certain court orders & judgments be declared null & void; authorizes Mr. Pitts to practice law under certain circumstances; directs FDLE to investigate certain illegal acts; provides for severability. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION: Indeterminate
