Rec./Expunged and Sealed Criminal History Records; Provides exemption from public records requirements for specified records that have been approved for nonjudicial expunction; provides exemption from public records requirements for criminal history records related to withhold of adjudication that have been expunged; provides exemption from public records requirements for criminal history record related to withhold of adjudication or nonviolent misdemeanor conviction that has been approved for nonjudicial sealing; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemptions; provides statement of public necessity.

Effective Date: on the same date that HB 7105 or similar legislation relating to expunging and sealing of criminal history records takes effect
