GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Committee ; Health Care Appropriations Subcommittee ; Yarborough

Health Care; Providing that a designated facility owned or operated by a public health trust and located within the boundaries of a municipality is under the exclusive jurisdiction of the county creating the public health trust; requiring a birth center to be federally certified and meet specified requirements to perform certain laboratory tests; authorizing certain specialty-licensed children's hospitals to provide obstetrical services under certain circumstances, etc.
