Child Welfare; Requiring that child support payments be deposited into specified trust funds; authorizing the Agency for Health Care Administration to access certain records; requiring certain documentation in the case plan when a child is placed in a qualified residential treatment program; requiring certain screening requirements for residential group home employees, etc.
