Payments to Clerks of the Circuit Courts; Provides requirements related to procedures for payment plans for certain fines & fees; methods by which clerks of circuit courts must accept payments for certain fees, charges, costs, & fines; entering into payment plans; conversion of certain fines & fees into community service; notices relating to payment plans; waiver of certain fees for individuals who enroll in automatic electronic debit payment plans; development of uniform payment plan form; notification to DHSMV; timeframe for issuing certain notices; & notification form & uniform traffic citation contents.
